Client: Leading European enterprise (end client)
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Integration Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex integration landscapes. This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be based in Europe. The architect will guide the migration from Legacy SAP PO systems to SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh), ensuring scalable, robust, and maintainable solutions across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design of end-to-end SAP integration architecture across cloud and on-premise landscapes.
Oversee SAP PO to CPI migration, including complex interface redesigns.
Define integration standards, governance, and best practices.
Advise on API strategy, security, and event-driven architectures (SAP Event Mesh).
Mentor development teams and review integration flows to ensure quality and scalability.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align integration solutions with strategic objectives.
Requirements:
Extensive experience as a SAP CPI/Integration Architect or senior consultant.
Strong expertise in SAP CPI, API Management, SAP PO migrations, and Event Mesh.
Experience designing end-to-end integration landscapes and complex interface flows.
Solid understanding of security, authentication (XSUAA, IAS), and hybrid cloud integration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Must be based in Europe.
