Freelance SAP PP Consultant – Brussels, Belgium

A customer is seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant to support a large-scale SAP migration and strengthen their production planning processes across their operations in Belgium and abroad. The role requires a senior SAP professional with deep expertise in SAP PP, master data, configuration, and integration with related modules. You will ensure process stability, improved planning capabilities, and seamless coordination between production workflows and SAP systems.

Role Responsibilities

Oversee the full SAP PP migration lifecycle, from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with global requirements and operational needs.
Lead and guide teams on SAP PP configuration, including work centers, BOMs, routings, MRP, production orders, and planning strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse current production processes and translate them into optimized SAP PP flows.
Drive enhancements in SAP reporting and analytics related to production planning, capacity, scheduling, and operational performance.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as an SAP PP Project Manager or SAP PP Consultant, with strong focus on SAP PP.
Solid understanding of SAP PP master data, MRP logic, capacity planning, shop floor processes, and PP integration with MM, QM, and FI/CO.
Strong IT background to support debugging, performance optimization, and issue resolution within the PP landscape.
