A growing international technology organisation is looking for an Office Manager to oversee daily site operations and ensure employees have a safe, efficient, and well-organised working environment.
This is a highly visible role working closely with leadership, HR, finance, and external suppliers to ensure the smooth running of two company locations in France.

The Opportunity
You will manage the daily operational activities of two corporate sites, ensuring the workplace is safe, compliant, and fully functional for employees.
This role combines facilities management, administration, EHS coordination, and operational support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and ownership.
Key Responsibilities Include
Site & Facilities Management
Oversee workplace operations including office spaces, services, and equipment
Manage contracts such as utilities, leases, maintenance, cleaning, and reception services
Coordinate suppliers and service providers and monitor service quality
Support workplace projects such as office setup or infrastructure changes
Manage office supplies and operational budgets
Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
Maintain EHS documentation and reporting metrics
Support risk assessments and safety action plans
Monitor safety equipment and compliance requirements
Coordinate employee medical checks and emergency response training
Assist with internal corporate audits and safety reporting
Operational Administration
Track invoices, quotations, and service contracts
Work closely with finance teams to ensure supplier payments are processed on time
Maintain administrative systems and operational documentation
Coordinate general services including reception, mail, and workplace facilities
IT & Equipment Coordination
Maintain asset inventory (PCs, phones, tagged equipment)
Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to devices and phone lines
Company Car Fleet
Manage vehicle assignments during employee onboarding and offboarding
Coordinate vehicle renewals and documentation
Ensure insurance and compliance documentation is up to date
Your Background
Around 3-5 years of experience in office management, facilities management, or corporate site administration
Experience coordinating suppliers, contracts, and operational services
Comfortable managing administrative processes including invoices, budgets, and reporting
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Structured, proactive approach to problem solving
Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments
Fluent French and strong English communication skills (international environment)
Experience with site or facilities management and exposure to EHS processes would be advantageous.
