My client is a fast-growing international B2B SaaS company developing technology solutions designed to help large multi-site organizations streamline operations, improve efficiency, and scale their performance through digital transformation.

Following strong growth and continued international expansion, the company is now entering a new stage of development with ambitious revenue objectives. To support this trajectory, my client is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager who will play a key role in accelerating pipeline generation, improving funnel performance, and supporting market expansion.

This position reports to the global marketing leadership team and sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and revenue operations.

Role Overview

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will drive scalable growth initiatives across demand generation, pipeline acceleration, funnel optimisation, and customer expansion.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is a B2B SaaS marketing professional who understands how to build demand, optimize performance across multiple channels, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Growth & Funnel Optimization

Design and execute demand generation programs that increase qualified pipeline and improve conversion rates across the marketing and sales funnel. Use data analysis, experimentation, and testing to identify high-performing strategies and scale what works.

Market & ICP Expansion

Support the identification of new market opportunities and customer segments. Develop targeted growth plans that align with global priorities while adapting to local market dynamics.

Customer Expansion & Cross-Sell

Collaborate with Product Marketing and commercial teams to identify opportunities to expand within the existing customer base. Launch campaigns aimed at increasing product adoption, upsell, and overall customer value.

Account-Based Marketing

Develop and manage targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for strategic accounts, working closely with sales teams to align on account targeting, messaging, and campaign execution.

Channel Performance & Demand Scaling

Own the performance of key growth channels, including paid acquisition, content-driven demand generation, lifecycle campaigns, partnerships, and field marketing. Implement rigorous testing, attribution, and optimization frameworks to maximize marketing ROI.

Growth Programs & Marketing Infrastructure

Lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen marketing’s contribution to revenue, such as website optimization projects, campaign launches, reporting frameworks, and process improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, RevOps, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and external partners to ensure strong alignment and coordinated execution across revenue teams.

Profile

8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing within B2B SaaS
Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue impact
Strategic mindset combined with a strong execution capability
Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to guide decisions
Experience leading complex, cross-functional growth initiatives
Ability to work across international markets and adapt to regional priorities
Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management
