The role
As the Chief of Staff to the Director of Financial Services at INFINIT, you will be integral to propelling our strategic initiatives and supporting the executive team as we scale. You will drive high-level decisions, strategise processes, create and execute effective plans and anticipate challenges to develop new solutions and gain exposure to how a FinTech builds and scales its financial backbone.
This role is an exceptional opportunity to develop hands-on experience at the intersection of fintech, banking, and capital markets, working alongside leadership on projects that shape INFINIT’s financial architecture and growth strategy.
What do we want to achieve together?
Drive strategic initiatives: contribute to the banking product roadmap and geographic expansion through research, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration/execution
Build the payment institution from scratch: support the end-to-end licensing process and infrastructure build.
Embed automation and AI across banking operations: support the design and implementation of scalable banking processes embedding automation and proprietary AI agents across underwriting, disbursements, collections, and account management.
Support institutional relationships: assist in managing relationships with funding partners, investors, and financial institutions
What do you need to be successful in this role?
3+ years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Growth Equity, or a related field
Experience in a strategic or project leadership role is essential.
Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives, manage complex projects, and develop successful partnerships
Experience in B2B start-up / early stage company is a plus
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a high degree of initiative
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree from a top tier institution is highly preferred
