Purpose / Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and organised User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Manager to lead, manage, and facilitate the End-to-End UAT of all business processes. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that all business processes are validated by end users and that the system supports real-world operational needs before go-live.

Essential Skills

Strong experience in managing User Acceptance Testing within business transformation or ERP programmes
Ability to translate business processes and requirements into effective test scenarios
Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
Organised and structured approach to planning, execution, and issue resolution
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and test management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps)

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and execute the End-to-End UAT strategy covering all Algeco business processes (commercial, operational, financial, and supply chain).
Coordinate with business leads, workstream owners, and subject matter experts to define UAT scope, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate and manage UAT preparation including tester onboarding, test data, and environment setup.
Lead day-to-day UAT execution on-site, ensuring effective defect capture, triage, and resolution.
Support and coach business testers to ensure consistent, high-quality test execution.
Track progress, maintain test evidence, and provide regular reporting on UAT progress, risks, and issues.
Ensure clear alignment between UAT, business readiness, and training activities.
Collaborate with Change, Systems, and Data teams to support re-testing and validation of fixes.
Capture lessons learned and recommend process improvements for future testing cycles.
