Enterprise architecture standards and principles, Approved reference architectures and architectural patterns, Bank technology strategies and roadmaps & Security, resilience, and regulatory control frameworks

Skill Set Required-

Enterprise Architecture governance and assurance

Assessment of solution designs against standards and reference architectures

Technology strategy and roadmap alignment

Security, resilience, and regulatory compliance assessment

Architecture risk and technical debt identification

Design Authority decision support and documentation

Senior stakeholder engagement and constructive challenge

Scope 1: Enterprise Architecture Design Assurance

Provision of independent enterprise architecture assurance to support the Bank’s Design Authority, ensuring solution designs and delivery plans comply with architectural standards, technology strategy, security, and regulatory requirements. The service provides governance oversight, risk identification, and clear decision rationale, while constructively guiding delivery teams toward compliant and strategically aligned solutions.
