Position: Solutions Architect
Location: Manchester (Hybrid Working Model - Client Site & Home)
Salary: Up to £85,000 + car allowance + bonus + benefits

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and craft innovative solutions.
Translate complex requirements into robust software architectures.
Lead and guide development teams in implementing best practices.
Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring our solutions are always cutting-edge.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in software development.
Background and/or current experience in financial services
Consulting experience.
Strong proficiency in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance systems.
Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
