JD for Endur Infra support resource
Strong hands-on experience in Open Link Endur environment management, administration and technical troubleshooting
Deep understanding of Endur architecture, key system components and deployment structures
Proficient in Endur installation, configuration, gateways, domain/cluster/grid services and system connectivity
Solid understanding of Azure cloud landscape and Endur dependencies
Solid knowledge of EOD workflows, batch processes and operational run cycles
Experience with Git based DevOps workflows and automated code deployment
Hands on experience with Azure pipelines (build, release, CI/CD orchestration)
Strong capability in system and database performance tuning across Endur and supporting infrastructure
Responsibilities
Architecting, planning, designing, building, deploying and supporting OpenLink Endur environments
Managing OpenLink Endur ETRM systems including deployment, configuration, performance tuning and infrastructure management
Setting up and maintaining multiple Endur environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD) to ensure consistency, stability and high performance
Leading or assisting with OpenLink Endur version upgrades and patching activities
Providing support and troubleshooting for technical environment issues such as connectivity failures, service outages and database performance bottlenecks
Technical Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with OpenLink Endur particularly in environment management (installation & configuration)
Good understanding of Connex gateways, Domain/Cluster/Grid services
Extensive experience with configured interfaces such as ICE, CME, WS Gateway and MDT
Proficiency in SQL with expertise in performance tuning for Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server
Domain Knowledge
Solid understanding of ETRM/CTRM systems, trading workflows and risk management processes
In-depth knowledge of Trade Capture, Market Risk, Back office, Accounting and End-of-Day processes
System Knowledge
Deep understanding of Endur architecture including deal capture, scheduling and risk modules
Must Have
Strong hands-on experience with Openlink Endur environment management, consulting and administration
Deep understanding of Endur architecture
Endur installation and configuration
End-of-Day workflow
PowerShell, SQL, Batch scripting and shell scripting
Experience with DevOps practices for automation (GIT) code deployment
