Zanda is an Executive search partner that works exclusively with high growth start-ups as they look to scale their business with senior talent. Zanda partners with VC’s, Founder’s, CEO’s and CFO’s when it comes to successfully delivering on key senior appointments.

I’m currently supporting a high-growth Series B SaaS company looking to appoint an experienced Interim CFO for an initial 6-month engagement.

This is a hands-on leadership role at a pivotal stage of growth, with key priorities including:

• Leading a venture debt raise

• Strengthening SaaS financial planning, metrics and reporting

• Driving Revenue Operations (RevOps) alignment across Finance, Sales and GTM teams

• Partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team to support the next phase of scale

• Supporting exit preparation and investor readiness

Essential background:

Proven CFO / senior finance leadership experience in SaaS

Track record of raising venture debt in venture-backed businesses

Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV)

Experience building and scaling RevOps and commercial finance functions

Exposure to exit preparation / transaction readiness
