We’re partnering with a fast-growing SaaS business to hire a commercially minded Customer Success Manager for its London team.

This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys being close to customers and wants a broader role than a standard account maintenance position. You’ll manage a portfolio across the full customer journey, from onboarding and implementation through to renewal, retention and expansion. The client base spans SMB and mid-market, so the role needs someone who can combine structured delivery with commercial instinct and strong client presence.

The successful person will most likely come from a SaaS, technology or consulting background and will already understand how to manage customer relationships in a product-led environment. The business is looking for someone who can step in with a good grasp of the customer lifecycle, build credibility quickly, and add value in customer conversations without needing to be taught the basics from scratch.

This role would suit someone with around three to five years of relevant experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar client-facing commercial role. People who have moved across from SDR, AE or consulting backgrounds could also be of interest, provided they bring strong customer skills and a genuine interest in long-term account growth.

The environment is high-expectation, collaborative and office-led. The team works in person in London five days a week, with flexibility where needed for appointments or life admin, but this is not a hybrid-first opportunity. For the right person, that comes with the benefit of close support, fast learning and real visibility in a growing business.

Package is expected to sit around £55,000-£65,000 basic, with quarterly bonus on top.
