We’re hiring for a “Client Services Specialist” role in “Bethlehem, PA (Hybrid 3 days a week)” with one of our industry-leading clients. This is a long-term opportunity, with competitive pay, and the team is actively scheduling interviews.

Role: Client Services Specialist

Location: Bethlehem, PA (Hybrid 3 days a week)

Duration: W2 Contract

Rate: $18 - 20/hour

Shift timing could vary, but will most likely be 9 am - 5:30 pm EST Mon-Thurs, and 8:30 am - 5 pm EST on Friday.

Job Description:

Inbound phone representative that will be assisting our clients with answering questions or troubleshooting issues within our new Client Portal.
No specific experience required, but we'd like to target early tenured individuals that have an interest in wealth management, but this is not a requirement.
