Job Description:

You will join a high-performing engineering team to build and scale robust backend services powering innovative AI applications. As a core contributor, you will take ownership of production systems, design efficient APIs using Python and FastAPI, and optimize data workflows. This is a critical role for an engineer who thrives on technical autonomy and high-impact shipping.

What you will do:

Design, build, and maintain high-performance APIs and microservices using Python, FastAPI, and Postgres.
Architect and optimize data models and caching strategies utilizing Redis to ensure system reliability and speed.
Lead production deployments and own the end-to-end lifecycle of critical services from design to monitoring.

The ideal candidate:

4+ years of professional experience building scalable backend systems with a focus on Python and SQL.
Proven track record of owning production services and delivering projects focused on reliability or system scaling.
Strong architectural foundations with experience in event-driven systems or containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
