Job Title: Full Stack Developer (React Focused)

Location: London, UK – Hybrid

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React (60–70% Frontend) to design and develop scalable microservices-based applications and modern, responsive user interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in React.js development, along with solid backend experience in Java and Spring Boot, cloud integration, and database connectivity. This role requires a frontend-heavy developer who is passionate about building intuitive UI while contributing to backend services when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js (Primary Focus).
Collaborate with backend developers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Design and implement scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Integrate frontend components with backend RESTful APIs.
Ensure seamless data flow between frontend and backend systems.
Work in compliance with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Connect microservices to databases and optimize performance.
Work with messaging/streaming technologies such as Kafka.
Contribute to cloud-based deployments using Azure / AWS.
Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve UI and backend performance issues.
Write unit and integration test cases for frontend and backend components.
Maintain clear documentation for developed applications and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience in React.js (60–70% of the role).
Experience with Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
Experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with relational databases and SQL queries.
Familiarity with Git and Agile development methodologies.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Preferred / Recommended:

Familiarity with financial markets, instruments, or trade lifecycle.
Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
Experience working in enterprise-level applications.
