Technical Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

Contract: 12 months (6-month increments)

We’re seeking a highly inquisitive Technical BSA to support a large-scale Salesforce data model refactoring initiative within a complex, multi-cloud environment (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Loyalty Cloud).

This role is focused on discovery, dependency mapping, and documentation to enable safe refactoring of a core Salesforce object used across integrations, automation, and third-party platforms. This is infrastructure-level remediation—not feature delivery.

What You’ll Do

Lead discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders
Document system dependencies, object relationships, and data flows
Identify integration touchpoints and automation triggers
Create visual artifacts (entity diagrams, process flows, system maps)
Collaborate with PMs, Architects, Developers, and QA
Support testing and validation planning

What You Bring

5+ years as a BSA / Technical BA
Strong Salesforce experience (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud)
Experience in complex integration ecosystems
Excellent facilitation, documentation, and analytical skills
Comfortable working through ambiguity and evolving scope
