Job Specifications
Seeking a highly experienced Privacy Training Compliance Program Manager to support privacy training safeguards and compliance operations. This role requires strong compliance knowledge, end-to-end program management experience, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous regulatory environments. This is a 3 month long contract with performance based extension.
Key Responsibilities
Support the maintenance and oversight of privacy training compliance programs, including design, implementation, and monitoring of controls
Prepare comprehensive audit and assessor reports detailing compliance activities and safeguard performance
Collect, manage, and organize documentation and audit evidence for regulatory reviews
Track compliance milestones, safeguard status, and risk assessments
Partner cross-functionally with privacy, legal, policy, learning, engineering, and product teams to execute compliance initiatives
Identify compliance gaps and implement process improvements
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, auditors, and regulators
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or training program management
Strong project and program management skills with end-to-end execution experience
Knowledge of privacy and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Experience supporting audits and regulatory processes
Experience scaling global training programs
Familiarity with learning technologies and modern training methods
Strong change management experience in global organizations
Experience collaborating with legal, policy, and product teams
Background in privacy, data protection, compliance, or risk management
Experience in large tech or Big 4 environments preferred
