Summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager specialized in Information Security to lead critical security projects. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day InfoSec operations and support client audit and attestation responses. This role offers an excellent opportunity to dive deep into security initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Proven experience managing Information Security projects, including SIEM, PAM, IAM, threat management, data security, cloud security, and security compliance.
Strong background in infrastructure projects such as cloud operations, network architecture, and platform engineering (AWS, Azure).
Extensive knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience overseeing multi-functional teams of 10-15 members.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like Microsoft Project or similar.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate multiple InfoSec projects, including daily security operations and client audit responses.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop, manage, and track project schedules and budgets.
Organize and facilitate project meetings, status updates, and progress reports.
Engage with resource management to assign team members and perform capacity planning.
Keep leadership informed of project risks, issues, and key milestones.
Promote adherence to established project management frameworks and security best practices.
Support process improvement initiatives within security projects.
Ensure clear communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
