WORK YOU’LL DO

Support the successful delivery of Salesforce implementation engagements across multiple Salesforce solutions

Working directly with client stakeholders to define vision, objectives, and solution scope

Designing and facilitating requirements gathering workshops, including developing structured workshop agendas tailored to executive and operational audiences

Eliciting, documenting, and validating business, functional, and non-functional requirements with key stakeholders

Translating business needs into scalable Salesforce platform capabilities and functionality.

Collaborating with senior client stakeholders to prioritize business needs and define phased delivery roadmaps

Maintaining and coordinate communication with the customer throughout each project.

Supporting pre-sales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls and proposal development.

Mentoring junior team members in business analysis, and Salesforce best practices.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle CRM engagements

Minimum of 2 years' experience with Salesforce.com

Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline

Experience and certification with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud or Omni Studio Consultant and Industry Clouds (e.g., Public Sector Solutions)

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement

Strong facilitation skills, including leading structured workshops

Ability to translate business strategy into scalable Salesforce platform solutions

Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Desire to work in an information systems environment.

Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Excellent leadership and management skills.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,

role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time

employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
