Summary:

This is a strategy & operations role; you will support Market Operations by identifying manual, repetitive workflows and transitioning them into scalable, AI-assisted processes. You will learn the mechanics of a 3-sided marketplace (Shoppers, Members, and Retailers) and leverage no-code/low-code AI tooling to enhance operational productivity.

You should expect to:

Data Preparation: Assist in cleaning, transforming, and analyzing internal data sets to be used for model training and validation.
Organizational Collaboration: Work closely with operations managers to understand operational requirements and integrate AI tooling into daily workflows.
Solution Design: Research, design, and implement proof-of-concept Generative and Agentic AI-powered workflows.

Who should participate?

Field of study: Finance, Accounting, Marketing or Business, Human Resources or relevant field.
Actively pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree. Level of education will impact deliverables to be reflective of appropriate skill levels.
All majors are welcome! We value diverse perspectives and care most about your ability to think critically and learn new tools.
Strong analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets; proficiency with SQL (or willingness to learn).
