AI & Technology Business Solutions Analyst

New York City (Hybrid)

A leading global asset manager is looking for an AI & Technology Business Solutions Analyst to help design and deliver internal tools powered by AI, automation, and modern data platforms.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and deploy applications that improve investment and operational workflows across the firm.

What You’ll Do

Partner with business teams to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and workflow optimization
Rapidly prototype MVP tools and internal applications
Build AI copilots, assistants, and automated workflows using tools like Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services
Work with data teams to leverage internal and external data sources (Bloomberg, FactSet, etc.)
Translate business requirements into scalable internal technology solutions
Collaborate with developers and engineering teams to move prototypes into production
Support adoption and rollout of new AI-enabled tools across the organization

What We’re Looking For

5–8 years of experience delivering internal business tools, automation, or data-driven solutions
Experience with Generative AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Claude, etc.)
Strong ability to work across business, data, and engineering teams
Experience building or prototyping solutions using Power Platform, SQL, APIs, or similar tools
Ability to take ideas from concept → MVP → production

Nice to have

Experience in asset management, investment management, or financial services
Exposure to cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks)
