CyberArk Architect
London - Hybrid
6 Month Contract (Extendable)
We are seeking a highly experienced CyberArk Architect with 8+ years of IT security experience and deep expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM). The ideal candidate will lead the architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise PAM solutions using CyberArk
Key Responsibilities
Architect, design, and implement enterprise-wide PAM solutions using CyberArk Privilege Access Manager.
Lead CyberArk infrastructure design including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and Conjur components.
Develop and maintain privileged access governance frameworks aligned with security policies and regulatory standards.
Integrate CyberArk with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, SIEM, ticketing systems, and cloud platforms.
Design high-availability and disaster recovery solutions for CyberArk environments.
Conduct risk assessments and security architecture reviews related to privileged access.
Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, REST APIs) for onboarding and account management.
Lead CyberArk upgrades, patching, and platform hardening initiatives.
Collaborate with IAM, cloud, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to secure privileged access across on-prem and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to PAM engineers and administrators.
Support audits, compliance initiatives (SOX, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO 27001), and remediation efforts.
Create architecture documentation, design diagrams, and operational runbooks.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Information Security, IAM, or Infrastructure Security.
5+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk Privilege Access Manager architecture and implementation.
Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management concepts and best practices.
Experience designing enterprise-grade CyberArk solutions (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA).
Deep knowledge of:
Windows & Linux server administration
Active Directory & LDAP
Networking and firewalls
High Availability & Disaster Recovery architecture
Experience integrating CyberArk with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, REST APIs).
Experience with DevOps secrets management (Conjur, Kubernetes integrations).
Preferred Qualifications
CyberArk certifications (Defender, Sentry, Guardian).
Experience with Conjur and Kubernetes secrets management.
Familiarity with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar).
Knowledge of Zero Trust security architecture.
Experience in large-scale enterprise environments (10,000+ users).
Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
