EUC Manager | Investment Banking | £130,000 + Benefits + Bonus | London (Hybrid)

EUC Manager required for a leading Investment Banking organisation, taking ownership of the End User Computing function within a fast-paced, enterprise-scale financial services environment. This is a hands-on leadership role, managing a team across Citrix and EndPoint while providing deep technical oversight across the wider EUC estate. You will sit between the Service Desk and EndPoint teams, acting as the senior escalation point and driving operational efficiency, stability, and service improvement across the EUC landscape.

This is a high-visibility position within a complex, regulated environment, requiring both strong leadership capability and advanced technical expertise.

The Opportunity

The successful EUC Manager will:

Lead and develop the EndPoint team across Citrix (apps & desktops) and device management
Act as the senior escalation point for complex EUC incidents and drive resolution
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across a large-scale EUC estate
Oversee application packaging and deployment processes
Ensure device management and security policies are robust, compliant, and aligned to business needs
Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology and the wider business to deliver scalable, resilient EUC solutions
Provide strategic oversight while remaining hands-on where required
Mentor and develop engineers, embedding best practice and operational excellence

Core Technology Environment

You will be working across a complex EUC stack including:

Windows OS management
Intune
Citrix (On-Prem & Citrix Cloud)
AWS Workspaces
Azure Virtual Desktop
Endpoint Manager / Endpoint Centre
SCCM
Application packaging & deployment

Experience Required

Proven leadership experience managing EUC or EndPoint teams within financial services
Strong, hands-on expertise across core EUC technologies (Windows, Intune, Citrix Cloud/Desktop, AWS Workspaces, AVD, SCCM, Endpoint Centre)
Background within financial services is essential; investment banking experience highly advantageous
Experience operating within enterprise-scale environments
Ability to balance hands-on technical involvement with delegation and escalation management
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
