Job Specifications

Context:

We are looking for an HR Project Coordinator to join our Americas HR team and support key initiatives during a temporary leave. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment and contribute to impactful HR transformation projects.

Role:

Coordinate and manage multiple HR projects across functions
Support project plans, timelines, and budgets for initiatives such as audits, compliance, employee engagement, and early careers programs
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding of interns and junior talent
Collaborate with global change and project teams to drive HR initiatives
Monitor project effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Maintain HR controls and support compliance processes
Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for senior stakeholders

Profile:

3+ years of experience in HR project coordination or change management
Background in financial services or large corporate environments is a plus
Strong project management and analytical skills
Good understanding of HR metrics, governance, and compliance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Project Management, or related field. Advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
