What You’ll Do as a Technical Recruiter at Arteris

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to run full-cycle hiring across our international departments, with a strong focus on engineering.

You will partner closely with hiring managers, HR and leadership, ensuring a smooth and engaging hiring process that reflects our culture and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and closing candidates.
Source talent using diverse tools and networks (LinkedIn, resume databases, specialized sites).
Work with stakeholders to write and publish job descriptions; manage requisitions within our ATS (Jobvite preferred).
Manage inbound applications, conduct pre-qualification calls, track and guide candidates through each interview stage.
Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and executives.
Support recruiting across multiple global locations as needed with a main focus on France and Poland.
Contribute to talent acquisition and HR initiatives, including competency frameworks, job fairs, and university relations.

What You Bring

3-5+ years of recruiting experience, with strong expertise in technical hiring (engineering, semiconductor, software, or similar).
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions at the same time.
Great ability to prioritize tasks and communicate current needs and challenges.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across globally distributed teams.
Dynamic, proactive, with strong ability to work autonomously.
Strong problem-solving skills, and a drive to deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS platforms.
Fluent French both spoken and in writing.
Fluent command in English is a must.

Previous experience with semiconductor industry

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Estimated Base Salary

An estimated salary will be around 40 000 Euro to 60 000 Euro gross annually.
