Service Desk Analyst | 1st & 2nd Line Support | Permanent

We’re hiring a proactive Service Desk Analyst to join a busy IT team supporting 250+ users across head office and remote sites.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service - this could be for you.

What you’ll be doing:

Providing 1st & 2nd line support (hardware, software & networking)
Supporting Microsoft Windows & Active Directory environments
Managing incidents in line with SLAs & ITIL processes
Supporting remote users & virtual desktop environments
Escalating to 3rd parties and internal teams where needed
Contributing to knowledge base documentation & projects

What we’re looking for:

Service Desk experience (250+ users)
Strong troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication & customer focus
Experience with Windows, AD & remote working
Comfortable working to KPIs & SLAs

ITIL knowledge and experience with ITSM tools (e.g. Assyst) would be a bonus.
