Senior AI Content Specialist (Prompt & Model Quality)

6-Month Contract
Remote - UK
Salary : £90k - £104k pa

We’re looking for someone who can help make AI systems smarter, safer and more reliable.

You’ll work with a large language model (LLM) — the type of AI that generates written responses — and your job will be to improve how it performs.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Writing and refining prompts that guide how the AI responds
Reviewing the AI’s answers and spotting where it goes wrong
Improving quality, accuracy and safety of outputs
Analysing patterns in model behaviour and identifying fixes
Building simple frameworks and processes to improve consistency
Working closely with product and engineering teams

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation
Background in AI content, Trust & Safety, AI quality, or similar
Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end
Strong analytical skills (comfortable working with data in Sheets)
Good judgement when reviewing nuanced or sensitive content

Exposure to sensitive material may be part of the role.
