To support our growth and strategic digital projects, we are looking for a versatile and experienced IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer to join our team.
As an IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer, you will contribute to the architecture, implementation, and management of secure, scalable IT infrastructures. You will act as a technical reference point on system engineering, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and network technologies while supporting project delivery and continuous improvement efforts.
This is a cross-functional role, ideal for profiles such as: System Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Cybersecurity Engineer, Linux/Windows Engineer, Network Engineer, Solution Architect, or Infrastructure Project Manager.
Your responsibilities
Design, deploy, and support infrastructure solutions (on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments)
Manage Windows and Linux systems across development, staging, and production
Configure and monitor network infrastructure (routing, switching, VPN, Firewall)
Implement cybersecurity practices, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements
Collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver infrastructure projects (migrations, rollouts, integrations)
Document solutions and contribute to IT architecture and security strategy
Ensure service reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of infrastructure components
Your profile
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in IT infrastructure roles
Broad technical knowledge across
Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)
Cloud: AWS, Azure, or equivalent (certification is a plus)
Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls
Security: EndPoint protection, identity/access management, patching, SIEM tools
Familiar with tools such as TerraForm, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, GIT
Experience in leading or contributing to IT infrastructure projects
Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills
Fluent in English and [French or Dutch, depending on the location]
Nice to have:
Certifications: AWS/Azure Associate, CCNA, Microsoft Certified, CompTIA Security+, ITIL, PMP
Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
DevOps or automation background
