About The Role...

As an Agency Account Director, you'll develop an understanding of the agencies within your patch. Your day to day will be varied, you'll work on pitches, contribute ideas to support us in being more effective in sales and strive to understand all advertiser plans, objectives & measures of success.

What You'll Be Doing...

Accurately forecast agency revenues & communicate to your line manager
Maintain detailed agency account plans to ensure an informed & targeted sales approach
Manage upwards to coordinate effective Senior Agency personnel contact in your agencies
Be highly visible in your agencies through regular face-to-face meetings & other planned events
Present concise, insightful & engaging business arguments which influence media choices
Ensure all pitches respond to established advertiser objectives
Regularly deliver on commercial revenue targets and KPI's

Produce new sales content and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
Share market updates and new developments across the business.
Maintain accurate reporting in systems to manage pipelines and workflows.

Salary DOE
Up to 25% OTE Commission
