Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant – AI & Automation Recruitment

London (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 remote)

£40–60k basic + excellent commission + long-term incentives

We’re partnering with a high-growth, VC/PE-backed recruitment business that’s scaling fast in the AI & Automation space. Over the past 12 months, the business has grown significantly and is now looking for ambitious recruiters to build and own their own desk in one of the fastest-moving markets globally.

This is a genuine opportunity to work at the heart of the AI ecosystem — supporting VC & PE-backed scale-ups, as well as Pre-Seed and Seed-stage founders, to build founding and leadership teams from scratch.

The Opportunity

Build a desk focused on AI & Automation
Work on UK, European and US markets
Average fees of £25k on a committed search model
Partner with VCs, accelerators and founders at the earliest stages
Supported by a remote resourcing team, so you can stay focused on billing and client relationships
Opportunities across perm and contract
Desks covering Technical and GTM (Go-To-Market) hires
