• Ensure structured execution across multiple automation verticals

• Maintain operational discipline while supporting controlled growth

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Senior experience in robotics, automation, hardware, or complex technical product environments

• Experience managing technical products from development through commercial deployment

• Built a structured commercial engine across all revenue streams

• Established disciplined operational systems capable of scale

• Successfully launched and scaled new automation verticals

• Created clear accountability and measurable performance across the organisation

Reporting Structure

This role reports directly to the CEO and operates as part of the senior leadership team, working closely across product, commercial, and operational functions.
