We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Full time Sales Associate to join our New York Boutique Team Name.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of proven experience in luxury fashion as well as a proven clientele portfolio. They will be well spoken, well presented and able to deliver excellent customer service. We are looking for a confident individual who is passionate about the brand and has an eye for fashion!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Welcome and assist customers in their buying journey
Develop a good product knowledge at Vivienne Westwood
Build & maintain relationships with customers
Comply with all procedures and policies and carry out work according to those standards.
Carry out additional duties necessary to the business

PROFILE & KEY SKILLS

3+ years of proven experience in sales for luxury retail fashion
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Track record of achieving sales targets
Understanding of trends, products and collections at Vivienne Westwood
Be able to work under pressure
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
Availability to work flexible shift patterns
It will be an advantage if you can speak in either Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) or Japanese but not necessary
