Contract Technical Business Analyst - Technical Integration | 6 Months | £500-600/day

Are you an exceptional Technical Business Analyst who embodies our values of pragmatism, professionalism, and transparency? We're seeking an individual who shares our commitment to excellence. This role is predominantly remote, though you may be required to travel to our London office once or twice over the course of the engagement.

As a Codurance Technical Business Analyst, you will be a pivotal link between clients (stakeholders and team members) and our craftspeople, ensuring successful outcomes for all parties involved. This role is centred around the technical integration of a large logistics system, working alongside a team focused on connecting it with middleware and various other systems. It thrives on building trust and fostering collaborative environments, making it ideal for someone adept at nurturing relationships quickly and facilitating interactions across teams with competing priorities.

This is an urgent requirement, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and start as soon as possible.

This is an initial 6 month contract, inside IR35.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate meetings and gather requirements from stakeholders, including those with differing and competing priorities.
Analyse and understand the problem space around complex system integrations to provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to model data and business processes across integrated systems.
Shape the engagement roadmap and work collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals.
Collaborate closely with client representatives (e.g., product owners, and business stakeholders) to refine and prioritise the project backlog, ensuring high-value deliverables.

Requirements:

Proven experience in technical system integrations, ideally within logistics or similarly complex environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage and influence challenging stakeholders with clashing priorities.
Experience in Agile environments within cross-functional teams.
A track record of building strong working relationships quickly in fast-moving engagements.
Proficiency in writing user stories and elaborating acceptance criteria.
Strong communication and listening skills for effective client engagement.
Ability to engage with technically-oriented tasks such as database analysis, middleware connectivity, and system behaviour investigation.

Why Join Codurance:

Contribute to shaping the future of software development by working with a leading global consultancy.
Collaborate with an inspiring community of craftspeople dedicated to continuous learning and growth.
Engage in diverse client projects, ranging from greenfield startups to large enterprise modernisation.
Build relationships, foster collaborative environments, and make a lasting positive impact.
Work within a flexible hybrid model with travel limited to main office branch (London)
