Build, enhance, and operate Airtable workflows that streamline the PI lifecycle and automate digital merchandising —including collection, validation, enrichment, item and cross-sell strategies setup— improving speed, data quality, and basket building effectiveness.
Drive change management and brand adoption, helping teams transition from manual, Excel- and email-based processes to standardized Airtable workflows.
Identify opportunities to expand automation coverage across the PI lifecycle and digital merchandising workflows, balancing speed, control, and data quality.
Act as a day-to-day Airtable subject matter expert, supporting brand teams, troubleshooting workflow issues, and continuously improving solutions based on user feedback.
Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture to design and maintain integrations between Airtable, source and downstream systems, e.g. PLM, PIM, and merchandising platforms.
Conduct data quality reviews and operational checks to ensure workflows, automations, and integrations are functioning as intended and aligned with enterprise attribution taxonomy.
Help standardize Airtable patterns, templates, and best practices across brands and use cases.
Build dashboards and reporting views in Airtable to provide visibility into workflow status, data quality, and key metrics.
Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and support multiple parallel initiatives.
2–5+ years of experience in product management, business systems, operations, or process improvement roles.
Hands-on experience building and operating solutions on the Airtable platform.
Avoid candidates using Airtable for status reporting (this is the case for many project managers)
Proven experience with attribution schema is critical.
1+ year of relevant experience in retail, eCommerce or merchandising.
Strong interest in workflow design, automation, and no-code / low-code tools.
Demonstrated ability to configure Airtable workspace, bases, interfaces, automations, AI features, and integrations (API familiarity preferred).
Understanding data modeling, data quality, and governance concepts is required.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience supporting or enabling change across business teams.
Experience translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
Comfort working in ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
Operate a computer and communicate via telephone, zoom, slack and other digital methods.
