Product Manager (Airtable)
**Role Summary**
Design, build, and manage Airtable-powered workflows that streamline the product information (PI) lifecycle and digital merchandising processes. Own end-to-end automation, integration, and governance to increase speed, data quality, and basket‑building effectiveness while driving adoption across brand teams.
**Expectations**
- 2–5+ years in product management, business systems, operations or process improvement roles.
- Minimum 1 year of retail, eCommerce or merchandising experience.
- Hands‑on expertise with Airtable (workspace, bases, interfaces, automations, AI, API integrations).
- Demonstrated knowledge of attribution schema and enterprise data modeling.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and change‑management skills in ambiguous environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build, enhance, and operate Airtable workflows for PI lifecycle, validation, enrichment and cross‑sell strategies.
- Lead change management to replace Excel/email processes with standardized Airtable solutions.
- Identify automation opportunities, balance speed, control, and data quality.
- Serve as Airtable subject‑matter expert: troubleshoot, support brand teams, iterate based on feedback.
- Design and maintain integrations with PLM, PIM, merchandising platforms and other downstream systems.
- Conduct data quality reviews, operational checks, and ensure alignment with enterprise attribution taxonomy.
- Standardize Airtable patterns, templates, and best practices across brands.
- Build dashboards and reporting views to monitor workflow status, data quality, and key metrics.
- Adapt to evolving priorities and juggle multiple parallel initiatives.
**Required Skills**
- Airtable configuration, automation, and no‑code/low‑code tool proficiency.
- API knowledge and integration experience.
- Data modeling, data quality, and governance expertise.
- Strong collaboration with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proven change‑management and solution‑scaling abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication (Zoom, Slack, email).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field (preferred).
- No mandatory certifications; relevant product or business process certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum, CSM) are a plus.
