Business Analyst – Claims Transformation (Lloyd’s Market)

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Lloyd's of London claims environment?

Do you understand the operational, regulatory, and systems complexities that shape claims performance across syndicates and Delegated Authority arrangements?

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst specialising in Claims Transformation to support strategic change initiatives across London Market operations.

The Role

You will:

Partner with claims, operations, compliance, and technology teams across Lloyd’s syndicates
Analyse and optimise end-to-end claims processes across open market and Delegated Authority business
Gather and document business requirements aligned to market modernisation initiatives, including Blueprint Two
Support enhancements across claims platforms, workflow tools, and bordereaux management systems
Drive automation, improve data quality, and increase operational efficiency
Facilitate workshops with claims adjusters, TPAs, underwriters, and finance teams
Ensure change initiatives align with regulatory requirements and Lloyd’s performance standards
Strengthen claims MI, reporting accuracy, and data governance frameworks

What Our Client Is Looking For

Proven Business Analyst experience within the Lloyd’s or London Market claims environment
Strong understanding of open market claims, Delegated Authority claims, and bordereaux processes
Experience delivering claims system implementations or process transformation programmes
Ability to translate complex claims workflows into structured business and technical requirements
Confident stakeholder engagement across claims, underwriting, compliance, and finance
Strong analytical, documentation, and process mapping skills
Commercial awareness with a clear understanding of market regulatory frameworks
