Key Responsibilities

Agent Development: Design and build AI agents that support high-performance, reliable, scalable, and secure workloads.
System Integration: Integrate agentic workflows with AWS services (e.g., Bedrock Agents, Lambda, EKS).
Reasoning & Planning: Implement advanced prompting strategies, chain-of-thought reasoning, and self-reflection loops (Reflexion, ReAct).
Framework Utilization: Work with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar multi-agent frameworks.
Production: Move prototypes from R&D to production, ensuring low latency, high accuracy, and observability via Amazon CloudWatch.
Collaboration: Work with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Applied Scientists to define agent behaviors.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5 to 7 years of professional software development experience.
Programming: Strong proficiency in Python or Java.
AI/ML: Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
Cloud Computing: Deep understanding of core AWS services.
SDLC: Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
