Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level Pega applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience in Pega 7.x / 8.x and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Pega-based applications using Pega PRPC platform
Build and configure Case Types, Data Pages, Data Transforms, Decision Rules, and UI components
Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Perform advanced debugging using Tracer, Clipboard, and PDC
Optimize application performance and ensure best practices are followed
Participate in sprint planning, requirement gathering, and design discussions
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers (CSA level)
Support production releases and resolve high-priority defects
Required Skills & Experience
Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA)
Strong experience with Pega 7.x / 8.x
Hands-on experience in Case Management and Workflow design
Experience in integrating Pega with external systems
Strong understanding of Pega guardrails and best practices
Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
