Job Specifications

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Senior Manager – Finance Reporting & Analytics to lead data-driven financial insights and automation initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
Strong experience in financial analytics, reporting, and modeling
Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Power BI, Advanced Excel (required)
Experience with SQL and/or Python for data analysis and automation
Proven ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or analytics projects
Knowledge of statistical modeling or predictive analytics techniques
