Job Title: BI Technical Lead (MicroStrategy & Tableau)

Location:- charlotte NC

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced BI Technical Lead to serve as the primary technical and customer-facing lead for Business Intelligence (BI) delivery. This role bridges complex cloud data ecosystems and business stakeholders, ensuring scalable, high-performance analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in MicroStrategy and Tableau, strong SQL skills, and hands-on experience with modern data platforms including Databricks, Postgres, and Teradata.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development and architecture.
Strong hands-on expertise in MicroStrategy and Tableau development.
Advanced SQL proficiency across Databricks, Postgres, and Teradata.
Experience working within cloud-based data environments.
Strong understanding of BI performance tuning and database optimization.
Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Sprint leadership.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing enterprise-scale BI architecture.
Knowledge of data governance and data modeling best practices.
Prior experience in customer-facing or consulting roles
