Hybrid – Waltham, MA | ⏳ 6+ Month Contract | 40 hrs/week

Seeking a seasoned Program Management leader to drive an enterprise-wide AI initiative within a biotech organization. This role will own the end-to-end AI program roadmap, governance, and cross-functional execution in partnership with Legal, IT, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.

Key Focus:

Lead and execute integrated AI program strategy and roadmap
Drive cross-functional governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
Translate executive AI vision into actionable workstreams and measurable outcomes
Lead change management and adoption of AI tools across the organization
Ensure compliance with GxP, data privacy, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

8+ years of program management experience (biotech/pharma preferred)
Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills
Understanding of drug development lifecycle
Exposure to AI initiatives or strong interest in generative AI
