Package: £28K - £30K basic salary + uncapped commission + incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a strong understanding of your specialist market and become a subject matter expert
Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer stage
Build and maintain long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
Conduct candidate interviews
Work towards monthly targets
Continuously improve your recruitment knowledge through internal training, market research, and performance feedback

About You:

Minimum 2:1 degree
Personal achievements whether this is from sport, music, academics, or any other areas you’ve excelled in
You’re ambitious, resilient, and eager to learn
You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
You value teamwork, integrity, and self-improvement
