Job Specifications

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for virtual assistants (agents). The role involves supporting users by ensuring accurate and reliable responses across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Test Driven Development (TDD), automation scripting, and multi-channel solutions, including voice and chat platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Automation Development

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
Build and enhance automation frameworks to support functional, regression, and performance testing.

Quality Assurance

Collaborate with developers and QA analysts to understand application functionality and define test coverage.
Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.

CI/CD Integration

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Monitor and maintain automated test execution in CI environments for faster feedback.

Defect Management

Log, track, and verify defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Work closely with development teams to reproduce issues and validate fixes.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare test plans, test cases, and automation documentation.
Generate and present test execution reports to stakeholders.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve automation coverage and testing efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in test automation.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in QA Automation and software testing.
Strong programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Experience designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks.
Hands-on experience or exposure to testing conversational AI platforms such as chatbots or voice-based virtual assistants.
