Job Description:

Co-create and scale AI-enabled delivery models in partnership with our customer’s Agile Coaching Office and IT CCOE.
Drive adoption of our customer-approved AI tools (e.g., Q Developer, Kiro).
Improve PDLC efficiency through process optimization, automation, and reinforcement of best practices.
Ensure consistent adherence to new delivery operating models across squads and towers.
Analyze early outcome metrics and provide actionable feedback to refine practices and guardrails.
Act as the primary connector between the customer transformation leaders and partner client's delivery teams, facilitating collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Influence partner leadership to align staffing, capabilities, and readiness with transformation goals.
Support rapid change adoption by preparing teams for upcoming changes and executing with transparency.
