Senior Test Lead requiredto manage large-scale transformation testing across multiple workstreams.

This is a long-term freelance contract with a hybrid working model requiring 3 days per week attendance on site in Liverpool and flexible market rates on offer.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end testing across complex transformation programmes
Define enterprise-level Test and Automation strategies
Manage cross-functional test teams and vendor partners
Balance testing demand and capacity across releases
Drive quality governance and continuous improvement
Embed automation and Gen AI-led efficiencies
Provide senior stakeholder engagement and executive reporting Required Experience
12-18+ years in QA/Quality Engineering
Extensive experience leading testing on large transformation initiatives
Strong programme governance and stakeholder management capability
Experience within financial services highly desirable
Demonstrated team-building and capability development experience
