Duration: 12 months – highly likely to be extended through 24 months based on performance & project need

Mission

This team is influencing AI Transformation from the Application Security space. This resource will provide tools to drive cyber remediation with machine learning and generative AI frameworks.

Must Haves

Hands on experience building AI programs from scratch
Must have AI Engineering experience deploying AI tools in the Cyber and/or AppSec domain
Must have hands on AI/ML SDLC experience in an enterprise level environment
Must have expertise with LLMs and Natural Language Processing (NLP) - must be highly skilled with performance optimization around AI models
Expertise with Python Development
Senior level programming experience with Java or .NET
Must have hands on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Integrated Development Environments (IDE)
Hands on Prompt Engineering experience
Experience building AI agents
Experience collaborating with cross functional teams and high-level stakeholders
Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills

Day To Day

Coding and Model building in Python
Build and train AI models related to Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Influence AI behavior utilizing Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Utilize Model Context Protocol (MCP) for code remediation
Performance Optimization around AI models
Integration and Deployment with programing languages such as .NET or Java
Utilize Integrated Development Environments (IDE) for coding and debugging
Collaborate with cross functional teams and high-level stakeholders
