About Job:

We are looking for a strong, hands-on Techno-Functional Consultant with deep, practical experience in Broadridge Impact and/or Gloss implementation, specifically within Fixed Income Post-Trade environments.

Role: Broadridge Impact/Gloss Implementation Consultant.
Job Location: NYC, New York, This is a hybrid work model role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities & Required Expertise:

Support and drive platform upgrade activities within Broadridge Impact/Gloss environments
Assist project teams during UAT and testing phases
Provide issue resolution and production/user support across Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams
Demonstrate strong understanding of post-trade workflows including Clearing, Settlement, and Custody
Map business processes effectively to Broadridge Impact business flows
Configure and support Broadridge Impact modules within Fixed Income environments
Strong knowledge of post-trade processing for Fixed Income instruments (MBS, CLO, etc.)
Experience with P&L calculation, Stock Ledger management, and Factor & Rate adjustments
Hands-on experience with Broadridge Fixed Income processing system – Impact
Strong technical skills including SQL, database queries, data analysis, and debugging
Ability to build use case scenarios for business requests and small system enhancements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
