Serving as a Salesforce developer, your day-to-day role as a NYSTEC consultant will involve overseeing solution design, configuration, integration, and data architecture during implementation and later providing hands-on configuration, development, release management, and support. Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.
Assume ownership of the configured Salesforce environment after go-live.
Perform ongoing configuration, customization, and development, including Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, and integrations.
Evaluate change requests, manage enhancements, and oversee release management.
Conduct platform health checks, performance optimization, and user access/security management.
Train users, support adoption, and serve as the primary Salesforce subject matter expert.
Provide guidance and mentoring to internal product owners, analysts, and technical team members.
