What will you be doing?

Responsibilities

As a Junior Business Risk Advisor, you will play a key role in helping organizations identify and manage risks and controls. Together with more experienced colleagues, you work on various business risk-related projects such as Internal Audit, Risk Management and Internal Control. Y our key responsibilities will be :

Assess business processes from a risk and control point of view; 
Identifying and assessing vulnerabilities in clients’ control environments or processes through interviews and the inspection of systems and documents;
Add value to clients by formulating pragmatic and tailored recommendations;
Manage multiple concurring projects & ensuring timely delivery.

You will work as part of a team that helps to ensure that the strategies and operations of our clients align with their objectives. As a team you will provide independent, critical advice to develop tailored internal control frameworks and optimize business processes.

What do you bring to the table?

You will graduate with a Master’s degree in Business Economics or equivalent.
If you were to describe yourself, one of the first terms to come to mind would be “flexible”. Juggling multiple deadlines or dealing with several different files on the same day? A piece of cake for you.
You take ownership of your responsibilities, are pragmatic in your approach, and work well within a team.
You communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to clients.
You are tech-savvy, with familiarity in audit tools and AI considered a plus.
You are willing to travel as needed, both within Europe and internationally, and adaptable to diverse client environments.
You are fluent in English, combined with Dutch or French. All three is an additional asset.
