Quality Engineer 3 (Contract)
Location: San Jose, CA 95110 (Hybrid)
Duration: 2/23/2026 to 8/24/2026
Team: Photography QE

Key Responsibilities

Build / update / maintain test plans, test cases and test files.
Perform functional and workflow testing using a variety of testing tools as part of the Lightroom ecosystem on multiple operating systems, devices, and other hardware.
Analyze workflows while identifying areas that can be simplified or made more efficient.
Maintain communication with dev and working group teams though tools like Wiki, Slack, and JIRA.
Interact and work well with customers and participate in user forums.
Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and Analysts to implement new or existing feature requests.
Participate in an agile software development environment.
Help deliver the high-quality engineering software and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate across teams and build consensus
Knowledge of writing test plans for end to end workflows and test management suites
Understanding of test methodologies like functional, performance, security testing etc
Good analytical, critical and logical thinking and a problem solver
Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM practice
Real passion for building quality applications that customers love.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for Photography. Adobe Lightroom and/or Photography experience is a plus.
Experience with testing Web apps.

Education & Experience

Bachelors Degree.

Compensation

$50.00 to $57.43 per hour.
