Job Specifications

You will report directly to the Marketing Lead and work closely with the marketing team, while collaborating regularly with Sales, Product, and Tech.

Your mission will combine operational excellence and light creative execution.

Events & Webinars

Set up registrations, reminder emails, and follow-up workflows

Create simple visual assets for events (banners, LinkedIn visuals, presentation templates)

Support coordination before and after events

Campaign execution

Support email, LinkedIn, and outbound campaigns

Prepare lists and segments

Design light campaign visuals using Canva (LinkedIn posts, headers, simple infographics)

Ensure campaigns are consistent with Spinergie’s visual identity

CRM & Marketing Ops

Keep our CRM clean and up to date (contacts, companies, tagging, hygiene)

Help prepare simple reports to track performance

Collaborate with Sales to ensure leads are properly routed

Product communication

Support the production of quarterly release notes

Collect product updates from Product and Tech teams

Help structure and format content clearly

Design clean, readable layouts for release communications (email / PDF / Notion)

Light design & brand support

Create and update marketing assets in Canva

Maintain simple brand consistency across presentations, one-pagers, and social posts

Improve existing materials to make them clearer and more visually engaging

This is a hands-on role combining structure, coordination, and light creative work, with real ownership from day one.

Who we’re looking for

You might be a great fit if you:

Are currently studying or recently graduated (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related

Are organized and detail-oriented

Enjoy both structured tasks and visual creation

Are comfortable with Google Workspace and design tools (have a good eye for clean, simple layouts - no need to be a designer).

Have strong English skills (both written and spoken) — this is essential

Are curious, proactive, and eager to learn

 No need to have done everything before — motivation, attention to detail, and willingness to learn matter more than a perfect CV.

Nice to have (but not required)

First exposure to CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)

Interest in the offshore windustry, sustainability, B2B SaaS

Familiarity with webinar or event tools

Enjoys organizing information and making it clearer for others
